Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction of your purchase is our goal, so returns and exchanges meeting the below terms will be accepted.  This policy applies to all orders except final sale orders.

Returned items must be in the original NEW condition, with tags attached, and sent via a tracked method to be refunded or exchanged. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.  Original shipping fees are not refundable.  First exchanges will ship back to you at no charge. Dresses with special occasion tags must have tag attached for return.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who abuses this policy. 

Returns sent back to us within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for a full refund. Returns postmarked back to us within 45 days of order shipment are eligible for a store credit, and returns will not be accepted after 45 days.   Calo and Bode does not do price adjustments.

Clearance items that are 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
You will be notified via email when we receive your return.  Please note that it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a refund to be reflected in your account.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please complete the form on the back of your packing slip. Include this form in your return package.   Returned items that do not meet the return policy guidelines will be returned to you.
